Try not to panic! We know it’s difficult in these situations, but our pets pick up on our anxiety which could make them more stressed or fearful.
Call usIf you are concerned about your pet and believe it to be an emergency situation, please call us in the first instance. We can then assess the situation and advise you accordingly. It also means we can ensure a car parking space, closest to the building, is reserved for you and we can be ready for your arrival.
Our team are all trained to deal with these emergency situations and will help you in a calm and caring way.
Preparation could be the difference between life and death in an extreme situation. We recommend keeping our number in your mobile phone and you can purchase, or put together your own, basic pet first aid kit.

Things always seem to happen at the least convenient times don’t they, and that’s why we have partnered with VetsNow who are also based in Wimborne.
