Emergency
If you have an emergency (or just need some telephone advice over the festive period) when we’re closed, you can call our out of hours provider, VETS NOW who are based in Wimborne (a five minute drive from us).
Here’s their number: 01202 859933 – they will be on call 24/7.
Once we’re back, we’ll give you a ring to see how things are and whether we need to see your furry one as a follow-up to this.
They share any relevant information with us, so that we are fully up-to-date with what’s been going on.
Medication
If you need to order any medication, please make sure you do this in plenty of time – we ask for 48 hours notice – so any requests need to be with us no later than the morning of Thursday, 21st December, for collection before 1.30pm on Saturday, 23rd when we close for Christmas.
