What never fails to make you laugh?  “My son doing impersonations.”

If you could trade lives with anyone for a day who would it be and why? “David Attenborough because who wouldn’t want to trade lives with this guy for a day.”

How do you like your steak cooked? “Medium rare – ideally Irish beef of course!”

Favourite holiday destination? “Greece every time!”

Last item you purchased? “Black clothes dye because I accidentally dyed the front of my son’s expensive jumper pink, hid it for six months and he found it the other day (he’s got so many he forgot he had it ) now he wants it dyed black to hide the pink!”

What would you do with your “15 minutes” of fame? “I’d start a guinea pig rescue centre!”

What is the most delightful word you can think of? “Hygge – the Danish secret to happy living – translated to one single word but encompasses a feeling of cosy contentment and well-being through enjoying the simple things in life”

Who is your favourite cartoon character and why? “Kungfu Panda! He’s clumsy and makes it work! I would love to become a Master in something from getting things right through my ‘clumsiness’”!

What’s the latest book you read? “Jenny Colgan; ‘Five hundred miles from you’. I love a good chick flick.”

If you could trade lives with anyone for a day who would it be and why? “Caleb from Clarksons farm. He loves what he does, gets to work with animals all day and is constantly laughing.”

Morning, noon or night? “Ummm obvious answer – Night!!! Or at the very least mid-morning when I’ve had my Iced Coffee”

What is the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten? “Octopus whilst on holiday in Greece”

How often do you look at your mobile phone? “Some days not at all, but it is very useful for telling the time, as I don’t wear a watch!”

Favourite word? “Discombobulate – such a fantastic word!”
